Dear Parishioners,
Please join me in a prayer of thanks to the Almighty for sending us a new full-time member of our parish staff! Her name is Mrs. Mare Draper, and the search committee was impressed with the energy and background she brings to our parish educational ministry.
Mare has over 20 years of experience in religious education at the parish level. Her most recent experience is with our neighbor, Holy Family Parish in Newark, DE. Her background also includes recent experience as a grief support specialist and adult faith formation/community outreach events director for parish families. She also has a Certificate in Pastoral Studies with a concentration in Youth Ministry from Loyola University of New Orleans. She is excited to be reengaging with youth and young adult ministry.
We are truly blessed to be able to welcome her to our ICC/SJ parish staff. Please join us in helping her to feel welcome as she assumes her role as our Director of Faith Formation.
